The SEC is the best conference in college football period. No need in debating it. Florida has great athletes, probably moreso than any other team in the conference. But I cannot force myself to pull for them against Ohio State.

I have nothing against the Buckeyes. I do think that the media props up Big-10 schools for nostalgic reasons, but Ohio State is deserving this year.

Florida, on the other hand, is so easy to hate that I almost feel lazy for doing so. There is nothing at all to like about the Gators. Their fans are notoriously horrible. They are rude, vile, disgusting, and they talk funny. But what really pisses me off about Florida is the way those male cheerleaders run onto the field with those gay flags that spell out “G-A-T-O-R-S”. I want to set them on fire…………and the flags too.

There are so many other reasons to hate Florida, the least of which is the fact that Phillip Fulmer simply cannot beat them consistently. I promise, I can handle losing to a better opponent. I cannot handle losing to Ron Zook in 2002 in the most embarassing display of football EVER at least until Fulmer lost to the Gators in 2005 which was far far worse.

I hate Chris Leak. The only redeeming quality that Gator fans posess is that they also hate Chris Leak. We stand on common ground.

I hate Urban Meyer. Fulmer should be fired for losing to this twit twice. I love Coach Fulmer but he has got to nut up when it comes to Florida. They are so beatable that it makes me vomit blood when we lose to them. I mean, we were one roughing the pussy penalty away from blowing the Gators out at Neyland this year. If that touchdown stands, then Urban Creyer is picking up another box of Kleenex on the way to the locker room (he cries after losses).

Am I bitter? Yes. But it has less to do with the “greatness” of Florida and more to do with our own inability to defeat a team that we constantly have in our grasp. We GIVE them victory after victory.

Florida is most likely the luckiest team in college football. I watch them often, and I have never thought this Gator team was very good. Tennessee gave them the game, LSU played their worst game of the year, UGA was terrible this year, FSU was terrible this year, Auburn beat them and Auburn was average this year, Arkansas gave them the SEC Championship. They are not championship material in 2006.

The Tim Teabag jump pass will go down in history as the most unnecessary display of garbage the sport has ever seen. It was far worse than the Miami brawl this year and on the same level as the Kennedy assasination. Disgusting and typical pretty-boy Florida trash.
