Last week is one to forget for Tennessee basketball fans. Some message board monitors are calling for “moral victories,” but the fact remains two losses were handed to a young Tennessee team.
A few observations from last weeks losses:
Jujuan Smith reminded me of a 6 year old girl playing in her first competitive rec league basketball game.
The young players are really growing up, and should be well prepared come March.
Wayne Chism had what is being called an “asthma attack” on the sideline against the Dores. Apparently, an asthma attack now involves yelling at your teammates and coaches, and making an overall ass out of yourself before heading to the locker room. Damn asthma.
Chris Lofton hit one from the second row to end the first half against Vandy. I wish he could hit a free throw when it mattered.
Greg Oden is pretty freaking good….. And hideous looking.

Dear Ryan Childress, I dont think 28 feet is your comfort zone, please stop sabatoging the season. Thanks.
Just to reiterate, Greg Oden is ugly as sin.
The Vols head to Auburn to begin the week, look for Pearl and company to rebound well. (Greg Oden looks like a Chewbacca)

The bb team has improved to where it is like the football team
now folks are celebrating moral victories for both.
The SEC east has gotten tougher each of the last few years and
what has happened to the football team it has gone the wrong way.
Cutcliff saved Fulmers job but many are wondering if that is good or
bad. CUM is loaded at Fla. Ritch has a lot of young talent at Ga.
SOS is still the man and starting to get some talent as SC and that will be scary as he has beat Fulmer an Meyer without any. Guess what both the BB and football teams will be playing for third or fourth place.
