Day 274 of the NL East’s captivity.
The Mets continue to taunt me with players that whose last names end in Z. Let’s not forget about Carlos Delgado, the native Puerto Rican who has rejected capitalism and refuses to stand for any or our Nation’s (and Puerto Rico’s) Anthems. Yep, I bet Carlos lives in abject poverty and plays baseball for free. Si Se Puede, Ya’ll!!! Read the ringing endorsement from the Communist/Anarchy Site . He’s not smart enough to lead a rebellion against God. He’s not smart enough to lead a rebellion against a bar of soap.
Carlos really must be the cat’s meow if those Hugo/Fidel-fellas like him.

The Braves are our last hope for taking back the NL East. The Atlanta Braves previewed below:
For fourteen seasons, give or take a strike year, the Braves stood atop their division. In the last of those years, 2005, many thought the combination of roster turnover, shrinking payroll, and mounting injuries would end the streak. Instead, the Braves worked magic with smoke and mirrors, won 90 games, and eked out a division title over the Phillies by a two-game margin. (link to Bugs and Cranks)

Gawd. Gaysball. Been waiting for this!! yay!
