Colorado State: Ready for All Comers

Colorado State’s spring football term culminated with what can only be seen as a sign that they are ready to take on the world.

During a scrimmage , a 4 year old boy was wandering the sidelines near the end zone. A receiver made a play on a pass. And the boy couldn’t get out of the way.

“Well, there’s the sickening thud,” Caden’s father, Michael Thomas, said Tuesday. “I was just tremendously worried about the rest of his life. You make automatic assumptions there will be some damage when you see something that horrific.”

The coaching staff had to have been pleased. It was the best hit of the spring. The young tackling dummy received 30 stitches in his noggin.

“It was kind of scary ’cause I got bonked by the football,” the boy said, hugging his own football. “It kind of hurted.”

A head injury and poor grammar. Sounds like the lad is on the fast track to a Univeristy of Alabama education.

Jai, Can we do something to insure that this is the last time that a Hannity and Colmes clip is ever used on this blog again? I can just picture what happened after the highlight: Hannity blamed illegal immigrants and homosexuals for the errant throw and Colmes blamed the ball’s hangtime on the increased amount of greenhouse gases in the earth’s atmosphere and the melting polar ice caps. And just out of curiosity but could Alan Colmes look like a little bit more like the Crypt Keeper?

real funny. turn an unfortunate and potentially catastrofic injury to a child into a bama joke. as if your education comes close.

    “catastrofic ”

Sometimes, an “eff” sound is actually made by using a “p” and an “h” together…as in the phrase “hooked on phonics”. You should check the program out. It’s listed in the ‘Bama course directory as English 101.

I think that the blog author has the sense to spell “catastrofic” correctly.

Spell check can be a friend

    Tee, you are quick

    “Tee, you are quick”

Sometimes I’m quicker than a Nick Saban job change.

Saban would’ve been all up in that boy’s face for playing the man and not the ball.

Tee, you have reached the maximum amounts of BAMA jokes for the week. Anymore and there will be swift punishment.

Did you see that pic of DJ “Throatslash” Hall? Nick looked pissed

Jai, he did the throatslash to the Gators. For that we should applaud him.
