Erik Ainge? Coached by David Cutcliffe; 233-348, 2989 yards, 67.0 cmp%, 19 TD, 9 INT, 151.9 QB Rating. Super fucking smart. Remember the LSU game in Baton Rouge? Here is Ainge’s brain [link]. Ole Miss fans now appreciate David Cutcliffe. Who btw, won 7 games or more in 5 of 6 seasons in Oxford. His super smart replacement has won 7 total games in 2 years.
Kentucky’s Andre Woodson? Coached by Randy Sanders; 264-419, 3515 yards, 63.0 cmp%, 31 TD, 7 INT, 154.5 QB Rating. It is Kentucky, a bottom feeder. UK is my pick to win the SEC and take on a Big East Team in a BCS Bowl, on ESPN2, on a Thursday Night. Hopefully it will be a rematch with Louisville, who UK will destroy in the regular season.

Bama’s Sarah Jessica John Parker Wilson? an MTV Hoover High School grad that actually knows Rush Propst. Does not use hair gel, and he should, to tame his excessive bangs. RAT 126.5 | YDS 2,707 | TD 17
A few others jump to mind: Matt “I drink out of red plastic cups” Stafford, Brent “Louisville Slugger” Schaffer, Brandon Cox, Blake fucking Mitchell. Frankly they all just bore me.
I want to put the Bow here but I am afraid that he will get arrested for some felony very soon. But just in case that Tim escapes the dragnet in Gainesville, I will discuss him as my SEC MVP QB tomorrow.

Best. Photo. Ever.
Hate to disagree Jai, but Ole Miss fans do not appreciate Cutcliffe. You sound like my fiancee, always telling me what I’m thinking.
Looking solely at Wins and Loses is for lazy people. You’re better than that.
Do I really need to go into this again?!? Cutcliffe rode the overall #1 NFL draft pick at the most important position in football to one 10 win season (yes, it was great) and two average seasons (6 and 7 wins). Before that, he was living off of Tuberville’s brilliant recruiting (Deuce McCallister, and underrated Romero Miller and a bevy of NFL talent on the lines)
Fact is, Ole Miss people appreciate Cutcliffe’s quarterback coaching. And that’s about it. We don’t appreciate his Recruiting (for damn sure) We don’t appreciate his pussy decision making in the clutch, We don’t appreciate his overall lazy attitude when it comes to running a D-I program. He doesn’t have what it takes as a Head Coach. That’s been proven.
That is why he’s not looking for another head coaching job, and people outside of the media (ADs) aren’t offering.
He learned his lesson and he’s back where he belongs.
Nice guy? Sure. But so was Mike Shula. Only difference in the two, Cut knows a thing or two about Quarterbacks…and Shula’s wife is a major league MILF.
Please, don’t go trying to say that Ole Miss fans appreciate Cutcliffe, cause that’s simply not true.
Is Orgeron the answer? The next two seasons will tell that story. It’s hard to play football without a F**king quarterback. (Snead is Orgeron’s last hope when he is available in 2008)
My kneejerk answer to “who will be the SEC’s top quarterback for 2007?” is Andre Woodson. It’s too bad that he’s at UK or we and the rest of the nation would get to see more of his ability if he were at UGA, UT, UF, barn, bama, LSU, etc. According to my gamecock co-worker, Mitchell is the best QB in the land and will win the heisman running Spurrier’s offense.
The jury’s still out on Stafford, but I think he’ll prove his ability this season if his work in the final 3 games last year against Auburn, GT, and VT weren’t enough for the doubters. Ainge is as solid as anyone at the QB spot in the nation. His calmness under pressure kind of reminds me of David Greene. I’d take Greene over him, but he’s a gamer nonetheless. Brandon Cox is a head case. Everytime I watch him I get the feeling I’m watching the 2nd string QB and not a starter. Then again, that’s how most Auburn QBs have looked over the years.
John Wilkes Sarah Jessica Parker Wilson Smith is unknown, but will probably have a breakout season. Florida’s Speedy fullback, Tebow, is going to struggle after the 1st 2 games of the year, but will save us all from our sins before it’s all over. No one will be watching football this year because we’ll be too busy watching the caveman walk on water.
Blake Mitchell. He looks likes “Johhny B. Good” with that mullet poking from his helmet.
I don’t think there is 1 quarterback in the SEC that we can say is “friggin awesome!!” this preseason. A few of them might be.
BLUF my Ole Miss friend is Wins and Losses.
Jon K? How many names can placed Sarah Jessica John Parker Stevenson (from the Hardy Boys) Wilson?
No comments? UK is my pick to win the SEC and take on a Big East Team in a BCS Bowl, on ESPN2, on a Thursday Night. Hopefully it will be a rematch with Louisville, who UK will destroy in the regular season.
Butler, Ty made that picture
Yes but are they ruff and tuff?
True…but you can’t make lemonade with liquid shit. And that’s what Cutcliffe left Orgeron. At every position…except MLB.
Casey Dick anyone?

I forgot about Dick, but Dick is not on my mind. Big game tonight?
Atlanta (Mays High School) prospect Bernard Smith…
“It wasn’t a bad experience or a single bad experience,” Smith explained. “I’m concerned about all the junior college players they are signing and I was disappointed that there were so many kids from Mississippi there. I thought Ole Miss was recruiting big time and on the national level and bringing in big name players, but I didn’t see that.”
Ouch!
Ha. Good.
Yea, big game, I guess. Hopefully Cleveland wins just so we can see Eva jump up in down for another game. Hot.

tomorrow afternoon, I am previewing the Nagurski candidates
That kid is going to decommit. He seems like a real douche though, talking about murder rates of the schools he might attend and what not.
This is a four star prospect’s (and his friends) thoughts on the Ole Miss Camp:
“All of us couldn’t believe how nice it was and how great their coaching staff was. I loved the way coach (Ed) Orgeron and coach (Hugh) Freeze coach; I love their fire and enthusiasm.”
“It was way better than I ever expected,” Kemp said. “It blew us away. We loved everything about the visit and camp.”
You would find the one guy that didn’t like the camp though.
“underrated Romero Miller” — Erik
No that is fucking comedy! What is Miller doing now? Working at a car wash in Shannon, MS was the last I heard about him. He couldn’t even hack it for the Tupelo Fire Ants or what the fuck ever the Arena League team is that plays that the Bancorp South Center.
“Looking solely at Wins and Loses is for lazy people” –Erik
So I guess you are looking at The O bringing in the 4th or 5th best recruiting class in the division as being a good thing? Another shitty season for the Mascotless and The O won’t be able to play his USC card on recruits. And don’t try to say the “improvement” is barely losing to LSU and a shitty Bammer. Ole Miss isn’t South “Moral Victories Do Count Bitch” Carolina.
Such Ole Miss hate! Where does it come from? It’s funny.
Pretty sure Miller is in sales, just like every other former jock in the universe. Capitalize on that name. At least the NFL thought enough of him to give him a shot at Quarterback. More than I can say for any Cutcliffe recruited QB (Eli was a packaged deal).
4th or 5th best recruiting class (nice negative spin!) = 26th out of 119 rated Recruiting Class. Yeah, I’ll take it…over the 40 to 50th ranked classes that Cut was producing after a 10 win season. Way to kill the momentum, Cut!
Don’t be a moron, TBST. When you get blown out by LSU one year then play them down to the wire at their place (read: last play in regulation) Hell yes, I call that improvement.
When you play close games against Auburn, Georgia and Bama as well…Yeah, that’s better than the year before…or the year before that when Tennessee’s new offensive coordinator refused to fire his shitass DC and got his ass fired.
You can beat around the bush all you want, but fortunes don’t change in the SEC overnight. Ole Miss sucks one year (because of Cut), then they play competitive the next (Because of Recruiting , then maybe they steal a few “they shouldn’t have won” the next season.
Who the fuck knows.
I’ll set an over/under at 5.5 wins for Ole Miss right now. I’ll put $50 on the Over if you care to make a bet with me.
FUCK YES I’LL TAKE THAT BET!
I’m taking the under. NW State and LA Tech are for sure wins, Memphis, Vandy, and State are possibilities, everything else you can go ahead and ring it up as a loss.
And its not Ole Miss hate. Its hate towards delusional Ole Miss fans who keep on thinking that the football program is heading in a positive direction. Yes… 4th or 5th best recruiting class in the division. As good as it sounds when you say 26th in the nation, that doesn’t change the fact that Ole Miss still plays in the SEC West and the other schools are still out recruiting The O. Another shitty season and kids will forget that The O was ever a part of USC.
I knew you two would get after it.
“delusional Ole Miss fans who keep on thinking that the football program is heading in a positive direction.”
Jeez. What a bunch of assholes!
So we’re good. $50 on Ole Miss’ Win Total O/U: 5.5. Erik is Over, TBST is Under. Book it.
I’m gonna need your email address. You can find mine by clicking on my name.
isn’t gambling a bad vice?
Anyone else enjoying this?
By the way Erik…..
Ummmm. I hate to say it, but you’re out $50 man.

Hey Erik, what are your thoughts on Ole Miss keeping the University of Memphis State University on the schedule? It seems to me that any SEC school that routinely plays a C-USA school just gives credibility to C-USA actually being a real conference. And its not like Ole Miss needs to play Tiger High on the schedule to have an inroads for Memphis metro area players.
Well it sure isn’t going to be Jon Crompton.
Jai, No. Gambling is not a bad vice. And if you’re going to gamble anyway, you might as well try http://www.betus.com. I hear they are the best in the business.
TBST, I love it. It’s just one more easy game for me to attend considering I was born and raised in Memphis (rents still live there).
It may give minor cred to C-USA, but Memphis gives cred to Ole Miss’ Basketball schedule every year so I think the Admin. look at it as a decent trade off (much like Tennessee does)
