Which one of these ESPN Anchors sucks more?
(Occasionally I receive stories via email that commentators want to post. This is one of those kind of stories. Thanks for the writeups Pat and Chris)
Who sucks more? Neil Everett or Stu Scott? These two turds are constantly on the evening Sports Center. Are they ever on together? Are they the same person? Would one cancel out the other?

Scott is pretty much ESPN’s mascot and represents everything that is wrong with the network’s direction. The ultimate triumph of style over substance. Chris Berman opened the floodgates for the personality first, sports second mentality of ESPN personnel, but Stuart Scott made his life’s goal to find out exactly where the nth degree was, and brought along disciples like Neil Everett with him. For the ruination of a network, Stuart, we who are about to change the channel salute you.
I’ll be honest, for most of my Sportscenter watching days I never realized that Scott was trying to speak in “street” slang. Call me naive, but I thought his phrases were just weird jokes that didn’t really make sense. That was annoying enough, but one day a couple years ago, not coincidentally right before swearing off the show altogether, something clicked and I recognized his shtick for what it’s attempting to be… God almighty that is awful. Just awful. He nearly singlehandedly made the show that got me watching ESPN in the first place utterly unwatchable. He has defended his style in interviews countless times by inferring that whoever doesn’t like him is racist
And then there is that awful, lazy, wandering eye. If that eye was an airplane, it would be in a graveyard spiral. Peace out dawg.
As far as Neil Everett; he displays a affinity for yelling and grunting uncontrollably. [ArmchairGM]

This guy is so new that the hate is like a seed that has just begun to sprout. He is Stu Scott’s heir-apparent, his protege. He has begun to single-handedly ruin ESPN Sports Center broadcast he is a part of with his tired, awful, annoying scheeching schtick.
I’d like to punch him in the mouth until my arm got tired and then switch hands. I simply can’t let my hatred of Neil Everett and all of his mouth noises/deep thoat rumbles ever go unregistered. He is without a doubt the biggest douchebag on ESPN since Chris Berman and Stu Scott (obviously). Nobody has any idea how much I hate this man.
He is the belligerent version of Ryan Seacrest. How did the bland, talentless weird noise-making boy ever become the host of a show? I would like to suggest a new show for Neil to host: “Enemas for the Big East All-Conference Football Team.”

I definitely say that neil is the worst, hands down… at least Scott has style, if nothing else

When Stu Scott 1st came up, he was kind of funny as was the rest of the crew. Then again, I was in high school, so what I considered funny was in reality not funny at all. It appears that Scott is the untimate jock sniffer and his act is tired and really, really old. “Boo Yow!”. Does anyone say that anymore? I’ll bet Dr. Dre and Ice Cube don’t even say that anymore.
You know what I just realized? Stu Scott is Uncle Rico from Nappy D, except his glory days were the early 1990’s and his vocabulary remains in that time period. Stuart Scott, the Uncle Rico of ESPN.
The guys that I can tolerate that have come through there are Dan Patrick, Kenny Mayne, and Scott Van Pelt. Olbermann is just a total jackass. I like Mayne, but occasionaly he’ll throw his politics in and I hate that and I don’t agree with most of his polical view.
Tough one here because Stu’s suckatude sticks out on the wonderbread s/c. Plus he’s got staying power for some unjustified reason.
Neil is just another one of their unfunny, blowhard white suits. I’ll say Neil is worse because he sucks so bad he can’t bust out of the blowhard white suit typecast.
As bad as these two are, and they really suck, they have little opportunity to show their lack of intelligence on s/c. Keyshawn displays his ignorance and unprofessionalism by openly rooting for ND to lose. Is this why they hired him? First he gets his facts wrong about Ty’s recruits, by the way I was hoping Willingham would be around for years. Then he slobbers all over himself while declaring how much he hates ND. Anyone know what time it is in Hawaii?
