Can someone explain to me how it works AGAINST Texas to have had Vince Young? Didn’t Brown have to recruit and mold him as a player? Didn’t they beat a team NOBODY really thought they’d beat for the NC? This “take out one player” argument is so asinine. Hells bells, take Magic off the Lakers and they win 0 titles. Take Bird from the Celtics – ditto. And so on.

Many, many teams have had a trancendent player and NOT won a damn thing.

Cowherd is such an idiot. And I guess I’m one too for letting more of his mindless gibberish get to me….

Probably over Auburn? And my Buckeyes have been good, but not #2 on the list good. In the last decade we’re talking about John Cooper’s legacy of worthlessness with the mixed bag of Tressel ball. I’d have been happy with us on the list, but not #2 – that’s almost embarassing as it feeds the “rumors” that Ohio State fans and (ahem) alumni (Colin) are blind and stupid.
