Cromptonites don’t need Viagra

Holy shit, reading this fluff piece on Tennessee’s backup Quarterback Jon Crompton [link]made me throw up in my mouth. A lot of ignorant hillbilly fans would replace Ainge with Crompton in a New York minute. Now we might not have a choice. As posted yesterday [link].

Wait till  Crompton lines  up the offense. Mark it down, he was just fucking around last year against LSU and Arkansas, trying to lull the Cal into thinking he sucks. Now everyone will see the boy king is a genius.

I’m fired up now. As a professional gambler, I know better than to bet with my heart, however, I just mortgaged my double wide and I’m putting it all on the Vols to win. By this time next week, I’ll be relaxing in my brand new above ground pool.

I love Tennessee football, and can’t wait to roll those Bears. Knoxville will be rockin Friday and Saturday night.

Here are some choice excerpts from the article:

After all, it’s been more than three years since one of the premier quarterback prospects of the 2005 class announced he would be a Vol. At the time, Crompton’s decision brought excitement — likely not rivaled since Peyton Manning committed to UT in January 1994.

As Crompton began his rehab in the spring of 2006 Ainge seized the reigns. Certainly, UT needed stability after a 5-6 season. Whatever competition had been promised during Crompton’s recruitment was put on hold.
