What you haven’t heard heard of the University of Tennessee at Martin Skyhawks? Everyone at that school is really just a vol fan on the oppossite end of the state.
Southern Miss. being in Hattiesburg is about as close as you can get in Mississippi to Louisiana without being completely inbread swamp dwellers. Nice town and the Number One football program in the state.

Souther Miss is in a nice sleepy town south of Jackson, MS. It is a college town but not a college town. I got nothing on them either, except that they have some nice looking chicks on the volleyball team and Coach Bower could have left the program a long time ago but has chosen to stay at USM…
USM sucks and Hattiesburg is a shithole. The nick name from the locals (and there are a lot who don’t like Southern Piss) is the Hardy Street Blackbirds.
Also, the women at USM are the reason why penicillin was invented.
