Not only were there hippies in trees on Saturday, but on September 22nd there will be thousands of female Tennessee Vols fans in trees all over the state. Only they will be up there to shoot deer in heart with an arrow, hang them from the tree, and remove their guts.

The coverage of the environmentalists in the trees has EVERYTHING to do with college football.

Currently, Cal players have a sh*tty, dank, disgusting gym to work out in that was built in 1923.

Thanks to Tedford’s success, however, the university has raised $125 million high-tech performance center for the players.

In order to build it, the university has to cut down some trees that aren’t really that old. (Next to the stadium is the only logical place to build the new gym in cramped Berkeley.)

Ground was to be broken in December 2, 2006.

But that’s when the tree protesters went up there, delaying building of the gym, and forcing another class of players to work out in terrible conditions.
