Thanks Bigfoot. Arkansas State’s effort last week at Texas was the reason they got the nod this week over a Memphis team that couldn’t beat Ole Miss last week. I know Chase Halbrook and the Aggies are an up-and-coming WAC team but I still like the Lobos despite a week one loss at UTEP.
One thing I’ve learned in many NCAA bracket pools is that you can never count on the upset and I apply that same logic to my college football picks. If I get surprised by USF beating Auburn at home, then so be it. But I’d rather go with my head then try to outsmart the point spread.
