Games in the Mid-South Coliseum, crappy football teams in the Liberty Bowl. Amazing, but last time I went the city looked a lot cleaner than when I grew up. Even the drunks in Orange Mound had a shine to them. But the city is still pretty dirty, especially in the mayor’s office…
