Scott Rigsby is the below-the-knee double amputee who is also a successful and record-setting athlete. Now, he’s training to be the first ever below-the-knee double amputee to complete a full Ironman triathlon. Yeah, we used to flame message boards with him when he was UGA47, 47 after David Pollack we assume. Now he has dropped off of the message board world to train for a Triathalon. [fox atlanta]
Scott was featured in the Sports Illustrated’s “faces in the crowd” earlier in the year and he will soon be in the Delta Skymiles magazine. Here is Scott’s website [link].
