That leaves WVU if they win out moving to at worse 4th and if they play their A game they will dominate and might jump Oregon and the Big 12 team that runs the table if one does.
The overall key here is this WVU must win out and if they build big leads maintain them not play conservative let them back in the game ballgame.
20 point wins over Cincy, UConn and Pitt will help us, 3 point wins will not. If Oregon and LSU win out or Kansas goes undefeated then we will be at 4.
I think that style points, etc… are all overrated at this point in time. Winning big can’t real help us and no one that we don’t need to lose is really close enough to jump us.

1. LSU loss
2. Oregon loss
3. The eventual Big 12 champ to lose another game to a team not named Kansas, Missouri or Oklahoma.
Kansas lose to ISU and then beat Missouri and OU
or
Missouri lose to KSU and then beat Kansas and OU
or
OU lose to Texas Tech/OSU and then beat Kansas/Missouri winner
We’ll be higher ranked than a 1-loss OSU, KU, ASU, Boise St or Hawaii.

WVU athletic officials have brought this matter to the conference’s attention, according to coach Rich Rodriguez. He believes the fans deserve a better shake.
“I would have preferred to have more Big East home games during the season in the month of October,” he said a week ago. “I think it’s the second year in a row we’ve had more games in November and December.
“But I thought two years in a row was a little unfair to our fans. The Big East has a tough job in balancing all that out. But if you are not doing well as a team and you ask fans to come in November and December, that’s difficult.
