WVU, you forgot about Pitt

Another email tip from a Pitt fan. West Virginia certainly had every opportunity to win that game. Those two holding calls, and non-call on an obvious Mountaineer defensive hold, were ridiculous.

    P.S. Please tell “you’re” coach to take some Midol and worry about not embarrassing the SEC again, like in 2005. We’d handle it ourselves, but we’re going to be dreadfully busy that week.

    As for trying to make the Sugar Bowl sound like such a terrible place to be, don’t forget, that was about the only destination you guys had as an option. Until Ainge punched your ticket and Pat White processed it.

    Not exactly. I just enoyed the chance to point out that “your” a dummy.

    Which brings me to the rest of “you’re” post. I never said the Sugar Bowl was a terrible place. The LSU Tigers have 3 Sugar Bowl wins since 2001. We love the game. Of course, this love may be a function of the fact that we don’t embarrass ourselves by losing to Big East teams.

    But I digress. All I was I was saying is that UGA is the replacement Sugar Bowl team. Enjoy — it’s your shot at redemption, and not even Marc Richt could screw it up against Hawaii.

    There I go again. Sorry.

    P.S. Now that the Tigers have the SEC title and are playing for all the marbles, my “you want what we got” comment seems downright prophetic. Wouldn’t you agree?
