This list of futility includes two Tressel losses to South Carolina for God sake, and losses to Tennessee, Georgia, Auburn, and Florida. That is a whopping 16 point average margin for SEC vs. Tressel. Interestingly, I think tOSU was ranked higher IN EVERY GAME!!!
So, the best team in the Big 10 always loses to the SEC and the rest of the Big 10 breaks even. Is that your argument for parity between the leagues? Could the Big 10 #3 vs. SEC #5 explain bowl parity? Dig a little deeper for your arguments Big 10. In the SEC, at least we know how to do math.

b) tOSU was coached by John Cooper both times they were railroaded by the Gamecocks in Tampa. There was a fight on the field in the 2nd game that all but sealed Cooper’s fate in Columbus.
