@2 Did you really just play the “class” card Eeyore? I take your post as a compliment. Based on your past rants and retorts class is a concept you can’t grasp much less comment on. Much like your Kendra=Tebow garbage, show me how I’ve lacked class in the past. You are one of those “monkey throwing crap at a wall” kind of guy aren’t you?

Bottom line is the “got to interview a minority candidate” is a joke of a policy. How humiliating is it for a man to walk into a job interview knowing he won’t get the job because the organization already has someone they prefer more, but the organization has to interview a minority so he is that token guy.
