Who am I?

If Phil Fulmer could be more like this guy, my beloved Vols (who won their Bowl Game) would not be backing into the SECCG and 10 win seasons would be the norm. Like Ricky Bobby said, “If you ain’t first, you’re last”. And this SEC coach almost has a zen-like focus on what is really important. Who made the following statement? (Saban)

“Well, for those guys who just put in their time and didn’t make any real contributions, it’s time for you to go. It won’t be hard to say goodbye to some of those guys who just went through the motions. Now for those kids who actually bought into the program, and who made some sacrifices and contributions — you know, like BLANK….he’s a graduate of BLANK and had a great career — you’ll really miss those guys. But just because you’re a senior doesn’t mean you have any value.”

Okay, here is the real statement with the blanks filled in:
“Well, for those guys who just put in their time and didn’t make any real contributions, it’s time for you to go. It won’t be hard to say goodbye to some of those guys who just went through the motions. Now for those kids who actually bought into the program, and who made some sacrifices and contributions — you know, like Bubba Caldwell….he’s a graduate of UF and had a great career — you’ll really miss those guys. But just because you’re a senior doesn’t mean you have any value.” [link]

Wow, just fucking wow. I love it. He is a fucking winner and he does what is necessary to accomplish the end state….WIN at any and all costs!! Here is what it takes to be a winner [the rock].

Should Herban belittle his senior players? Should he should be above that and focus on the positives in a post game radio show? Hell yes he should’ve. I think that he should have named names of the dead weight. Hell he should have called out underclassman too. These pussies are there to play ball at THE University of Florida, that is their fucking job!!!

Here are pros and cons of Herban’s statements

You think you should praise players with a bad work ethic and who are only looking out for #1? There are two parts to being a student athlete. But being a Gator athlete is what feeds mama her babies, not focusing on class….A complete waste of time. The player needs to focus on his job, playing ball.

The main thing of college is to prepare you for the future. So what if you did not pan out on the field. Get the fuck off the team and free up a scholarship, dead fucking weight.

Sorry that player couldn’t give you some more ammo to run your mouth about the Gators. At least he he will have a degree and can still accomplish something in life. Life is Florida football and Florida Football is life. If you can’t live up to your Scout and Rivals rankings, get the fuck off of the team.

Isn’t that the point of college? No, it is produce revenue for the school and further “Coach’s” resume.

ears, they’re all dirty….they all whore themselves to 18 year olds, saying and doing pretty much what it takes to get talent, within a reasonable level of decorum. putting down l$u’s academics is milktoast….

he’s not a ‘thug’, no more than tuberville, a ‘thug disciple’ of the thug master….jimmy johnson.
