Tennessee Odd and Ends

The Battle Captain dismisses Wardlow and Davis [Link] for violations of team rules.  Must have been the 4th strike.   I suppose that blocking a punt against UGA isn’t really that big of a deal anyway.  Wardlow is in the photo below doing the Lord’s Workl work against UGA. I wonder of the “ridealong” program failed these two young men?

Here is a YouTube by TubeSocks of the win by Tennessee last night.

Take a look at this Stat comparison (ESPN) and tell me how Tennessee will fare in Memphis on the 23rd. Two free throw attempts by Houston and 19/32 by Memphis? That is Bama level ref bribing at its finest.

I thought that the Arkansas coach was the anti-Nick Saban and by that I mean he didn’t have a stylish coiff like lil Bear, with the feathered angel wing bangs. Doesn’t he look like one of the Waltons (the John-Boy Waltons, not the WalMart Waltons)?

That is just bad fucking hair. Absolutely no excuse for a man with his money to sport a hairdo that awful.

  1. That shit down in Memphis has been going on forever. Look at the stats on any game. They usually miss a lot more foul shots than the other bunch even gets. Those two night club bouncers, Dozier and Dorsey get fifteen fouls each before the first one is called. It’s that Calipari mystic.

  2. Home cooking is as universal as it ever was. Houston took a lot of three pointers, and had nine shots blocked inside the paint. Houston couldn’t get to the line because they never really did anything to earn it.
