Does Bama really suck? Do they really suck??

Is this guy a Bammeroid or Barner????

“3. Alabama: Perhaps only Notre Dame can claim a more glorious college football history, but the Crimson Tide has fallen on even harder times. Alabama has the fan support, the recruiting base, incredible facilities and certainly the money. However, it posted seven wins or fewer in four of the past five seasons – and that includes two losing seasons. Alabama is 2-2 in bowls in the past five years, but those bowl games were the Music City, Cotton and Independence (twice). That’s hard to bear (I get it) in Tuscaloosa.” [Rivals Thanks Joel from YMSWWC]

Bammeroids, Beware of false Bammers, which come to you in sheep’s clothing, but inwardly they are ravening Barners and Viles. Mat 7:15

It was clear from the start of this “article” that a rogue Rivals writer has an ax to grind with the school that built the SEC. How did this article get published? Does the writer not know that the CEO of Rivals is a Bammer? It doesn’t reflect a positive, wholesome image of the Bama program at all. Sure back to back trips to Shreveport are important building blocks, but it makes one wonder if the Rivals CEO is a Barner in sheep clothing. Is it possible that when the other SEC teams see what is being built at Bama, they are afraid because they know BAMA is returning to their rightful position?

Barn fans will enjoy this article more than their 6 consecutive wins over Bama. Like it or not, Bama has tradition, and 12 national championships and all make Auburn and Tennessee will ever be are wannabes, we just need to accept this.

When I see Lil Nick on the sideline I feel like the Bammers dug the Bear up and placed him on the sidelines. The top recruits in the country have already seen this and they all want to play at Alabama because of the tradition.

Even though this article was somewhat negative and painful for Bammers, it still showcases their pride and tradition on national stage and will reap huge benefits. Keep it going little Bear. True alabama and real SEC fans are behind you. It is my opinion that a strong Alabama is a must for a strong SEC. Face facts, the SEC has sucked ass the last few years and we need Bama to return us to Glory.

Nick Saban, I hope you are reading this and I got a question, how long are Alabama (and true SEC fans) fans going to have to wait for a championship? it’s been 15 years, fixing to be 16.

I recognize this fine fellow. He dined at our restaurant, Pappy’s Cajun Kitchen here in glamorous Shreveport. Mr. Terry feasted on our “Crazy Crimson” special, where he dined on fresh Monroe Nutria, cooked 21 different way, for $12.99. We only offer this unbelieveable special for the Independence Bowl game, where the great team from Alabama plays (insert name here) every year.

Yes, his network is unbiased, ask Barrett Jones:

Goodness, I am delusional (Bama Sucks)

At least you know that your school’s accomplishments will never eclipse Bama’s in your lifetime and have finally accepted that. Now maybe you can be happy for your own team instead of just ripping on another.

The envy these other schools have for Alabama is just unbelievable. But Alabama remains alone as The University of Alabama and Coach Nick Saban is the Coach. Other teams can only dream of having Alabama’s traditions. It’s why they are all out to get Bama. They are you know, it’s a fact that they conspired to set Bama up and now they see in their failure to destroy Alabama that Alabama is now returning to their rightful place on top. God Bless Coach Nick Saban for staying at Bama. He could have any head-coaching job in the NFL but he stays because Bama is Special. RTR

If you have such a problem with Rivals, go join Scout for crying out loud. If you want to pay Rivals for their opinions, then go ahead. Otherwise get over it, since it’s not costing you one cent to subject yourself to their articles.

Anyone suggesting that a strong Alabama is a MUST for a strong SEC has been throwing way too much sugar in the Kool-Aid. The last time I checked, the SEC has 4 BCS Championships all without Bama doing anything other than heading to Shreveport.

The SEC certainly will be stronger if Alabama gets better, and they will in 2092. But the SEC isn’t going to be any less dominant because Alabama sucks, which they do.

Moondog….I’m fired up now. As a professional gambler, I know better than to bet with my heart, however, I just mortgaged my double wide and I’m putting it all on Bama to win it all next year. By this time next week, I’ll be relaxing in my brand new above ground pool. RTR

“It is my opinion that a strong Alabama is a must for a strong SEC.”

That was the context I based my response on. However, I see some are responding directly to my comments. I understand unbridled passion for the team you love sometimes clouds or ability to see the truth. The truth, based on the contents of the article, is the SEC doesn’t need Alabama, or any other team, to be strong for the league to be strong.

Crimson Jo, I hear you. I feel your pain. You can bet the double-wide if you wish, but the reality is, the Tide will be lucky to finish 3rd in the West next season, much less win the SEC.

Jai – what do I need to do to get listed in your blog roll? Haven’t I hated on the Bamers enough?

    Double Love,

    MoonDog

I know that you know that (pause), that these commenters are not Bammers. Tide Druid is wingnut’s son. Most fully mature purebred Bammers can’t read, I think that there Barners lurking

@19 You said it sporty, Tubs is the man. Utopia is if those Rammer Jammers go 11-0( $aban would replace Santa Claus as $aint Nick ) next season but get their usual comeuppance at that Zoo in Tuscaloosa, when the War Eagle takes his annual dump on Ringmaster $aban’s Red Elephant. There is just no experience like going to those Bama games where those miscreants carry that toilet paper and Tide box on a broomstick and you get to see those weighty, carny looking women in red game jerseys, wearing those houndstooth hats, eating those Velveeta sandwiches with the mayo dripping. A night in Tony Romo’s pajamas could not be better.

Why can’t AU fans just accept that Auburn is and always will be nothing more than a regional school. A regional school that will always come second to UA on the national level no matter how hard they try to alter that perception.
