   Although Memphis fits in more with the gambling environment of NW Mississippi, Arkansas probably needs the money more. Split it up, with Beale St. and that going to Mississippi, while eastern Memphis (and its higher property values) goes to needy Arkansas.

   Hang on now. I happen to reside in Memphis and while it certainly isn’t the jewel of the south, I take umbrage to anyone giving away the Rendevous. Best ribs on earth.

   #6 – Interstate is OK, but Tops? I’m talking about RIBS – not anything else. Tops is OK for pulled meat, but ribs – got to be the “Vous.

    I forgot about the Public Eye, but when the health department shut them down, I’m glad I didn’t eat there but once or twice.

    At minimum we’ve given the Vol fans coming to the game a critique on the BBQ situation.
