Fatso should tell Adams to shove it up his lying ass. Those assholes want to fire the Donut King who, other than Neyland and Barnhill, has the best record of any coach ever at Knoxville. If the Vols have another good season WITH Chavis and WITHOUT Cutcliffe, then the doomsdayers need to be forced to feast on each other’s nethers.

“What about all the off field shat UF had last year”. Living in the past and trying to justify UT’s troubles by deflecting attention elsewhere. No one is denying that Florida had off the field problems last year. Weak.

@18. Are you freakin’ kidding me? Puffy Thomas tested positive and played the UT game, then sat out against nobody U. Then Hydro Moss tested positive and did not sit out So Car game but a later game. LMAO at you trying to defend Herban. What about all the off field shat UF had last year …… no real press cause everyone was on Herban’s jock for winning the NC. Keep losing 4 games a year and see what happens. It all goes to show you nothing matters but the Ws and Ls ……. just ask John Brady.

Bodie, trying to find fault with other programs and justify the Tennessee player arrests isn’t going to change things in Knoxville. The issue here is Fulmer and the Vols, not Urban and the Gators. And if you’ve read this blog at all in the past, you’ll know that I’m no fan of Urban’s discipline. But to say he is worse than Fulmer is just blasphemy (I reference John Adams’ column for the facts/list).

But what the hell. Just for kicks I’ll humor you with an example……

……..In 2006, Marcus Thomas, the Gators best defensive player failed a drug test. He appealed, and failed again. Served a 2 game suspension and Urban put down a strict set of rules for him to be able to remain on the team. Later that year, In midseason, in the middle of an SEC Title and National Championship run, Thomas disobeyed one of these rules. That’s it. Gone. Best Defensive Player, off of the team. While there have been several Gators that have been suspended for first-time offenses, I used Thomas as an example because he is a repeat offender.

On the other hand, we have Colquitt at Tennessee. Who has 5 alcohol related incidents (including 2 DUIs and at one point 3 alcohol related incidents in a 12-day span), plus a property damage and leaving the scene of an accident charge, and he’s still on the team. In the meantime, when a Tennessee walk-on or non-starter runs afoul of the law, Fulmer rules with an iron fist and doesn’t hesitate to kick them off of the team.

Bottom line: Urban and The Gators should be the least of your worries right now. Move along and try to fix what’s broken in Vol Nation.
