Bama has 12 or is that 16?

Bammers don’t get down. This is just the low (not the lowest) point in a cycle caused by the wrong doing of previous coaches, renegade boosters and administrators. If you do the crime then you must do the time. Bow up your backs Bammer fans and act like men of honor, instead of the freak show that is the Finebaum Nation: Phyllis, Shane, Psycho Jim, Hack of Journalism is for CockStars, and Tommy Gallion.
Well, here is one way Saban can reduce the number of current scholarships to make room for the 30+ offers he handed out. He was quoted as saying they would find a way to make the numbers work. That’s one hell of a way to do it. Now he needs about 16 players arrested or involved in disciplinary suspension for violations of team rules.
By my count, there are 16 (not counting future felon Julio Jones). Like President Bush once said “Mission Accomplished” !! And we all see how that turned out.
This strategy will attract the 5 star athletes. Kids today want to make it to the nfl. the best way to get to the nfl asap is to get playing time as soon as you hit campus. there’s no better way to get a kid to think he can play right away than suspending or firing a current player who may or may not suck….
Unfortunately, Saban has inherited a few bad apples from Mike Shula, and now like sleeper agents they have shown their true colors. Saban has been dealt a bad hand and he has responded to the best of his ability. Bammers let’s not lose sight of your goal, a return to glory by 2016, not an unreasonable goal. By my count
Here is my Bammeroid arrest/discipline ranking order
1. Jeremy Elder – Clearly the number one misfit. Arrested on 2 counts of 1st armed robbery. He admitted to robbing two students at gunpoint for 26 dollars. who hasn’t robbed hapless students with a gun? In regards to Elder’s fall from Grace, it is befuddling that most Bammeroids are more concerned with Bear’s sacrifice than his teachings. I mean that most Bammers want him gone because he was only a 2-star recruit. See – The Passion of the Houndstooth.
2. The Five Joaquins – Who could forget the scandal over textbooks that involved UAT football players? Five players were suspended from the team for what the university called impermissible receipt of textbooks. How a player is able to obtain books for a class he is not enrolled is not a mystery. I think that they should be lauded for their demonstrated entrepreneurial spirit in their Texbook distribution operation. Crimson cream always rises to the top. The 5 Joaquins are:
Antoine Caldwell
Marion Davis
Glenn Coffee
Marquis Johnson
Chris Rogers
3. D J “Throat Slash” Hall (Video below) – Suspended for one “full” game, for unspecified reasons. Saban followed Bear-Messiah’s teachings, and reduced the punishment to one half due to Bammar losing at halftime to the Fighting Nutria of ULM. D. J. excretes nothing but the class and tradition of the Capstone.
4. Simeon Castille – Arrested disorderly conduct. Castille was arrested for disorderly conduct in the vicinity of the Jupiter Bar and Grill. Castille was a leader of the “in-house discipline” program. He was allowed to discipline himself: An extra scoop of ice cream with sprinkles!!
5. Rasheed Johnson – Arrested disorderly conduct. A Team Captain, Johnson is considered to be a rising senior, he was arrested at 2:55 a.m. after scuffling with Tuscaloosa police and security personnel at The Legacy Bar. Even though the community service will be likely be part of the criminal punishment levied by the court, Coach Saban should get credit for it just like suspending Rasheed from a game Rasheed didn’t know he was suspended from next season. Great players should be able to play no matter what their criminal record.
6. Prince Hall – Suspended (Paul Finebaum said for positive drug test)
7. Keith Brown – Suspended (Paul Finebaum said positive drug test)
8. Brandon Deaderick, Brandon Fanney and Roy Upchurch were arrested after an incident outside a bar on University Boulevard. Fanney and Upchurch were charged with disorderly conduct, while Deaderick charged with giving a false name, resisting arrest and third-degree criminal mischief. Upchurch’s court file said police used pepper spray on him after he resisted arrest. A police officer wrote that “he was charging at officers, displaying tumultuous behavior” and yelling profanities at officers.
9. Freshman quarterback Thomas Darrah, of Newnan, Ga., and freshman fullback Jacob Vane, of Oak Ridge, Tenn., were accused of beating a man at the University Village Apartments. The victim, told police he had confronted Darrah and Vane about comments they had made about a female friend. We all know that the adolescent girl was also responsible for acting as a temptress. Police say the players beat the man, who ended up with minor injuries — bruises and scratches. he victim received medical attention the next day. “He had a lot of bruises, swelling and scratches. The entire altercation was recorded by the apartment’s surveillance system. Vane and Farrah were charged with 3rd degree assault, a misdemeanor. Just a couple of ordinary college kids having a little fun!
10. Julio Jones- The crown jewel of Saban’s recruiting class is a witness in an dope dealer’s murder trial. Only at Alabama could this be possible. Write it on the jail cell wall: Bear we miss you!

The SEC is a great conference, and finishing 8th in this league is nothing to sneeze at. Saban has done a spectacular job in every facet of coaching, particularly in not letting discipline get in the way of success. The Tide will always ROLL in the Shreveport!!!!

I like the photoshop, but this is truly pathetic. A UT fan calling out Bama for off the field transgressions? Get the fuck out of here.
Oh, and way to cite Paul freaking Finebaum as a source. Way to make your atricle more credible.
Also, go fuck yourself for the Julio comments. He’s not even out of high school yet and he witnessed a terrible thing, and he’s automatically a future inmate? You are such a piece of shit.
I used to enjoy reading this blog b/c the articles were at least clever, but ever since 41-17 (which you still never owned up to, Jai, and admitted that UT got its collective ass whooped) you have just gone out of your way to bash Bama. Maybe you remember what it’s like for your team to go up against a full strength Bama and you’re pissed about what’s coming. I can’t figure it out.
So stop reading the blog, dumbfuck.
Jesus.
Julio… Witness to a murder=somehow guilty of something, guaranteed.
Waahhhh, Bama’s not full strength. Probation. NCAA doesn’t like us. sniff sniff
Face it, Bama is back to their historical place. Before Bahr, Auburn owned Bama. Since Bahr, Auburn owns Bama. One cheatin’ SOB coach got you ahead in the series but those days are over. Unless, Sa6an cheats as well as Bahr did.
Pretty funny Julio was wearing OK hoodie.
I count 16 infractions too. If he was using Bammer Math, it would be more like 41 infractions.
Yes, imagine that a UT is calling out Bama for off field transgrsssions….Logan Young? Are you here?
I can’t believe that Jai missed the OU hoodie…dumb ass
the DJ Hall throat slash video is gold. With DJ jr in the Sooner Hoodie?? LMAO

Auburn owned Bama before Bear? Really? Did they own them from the early 1900’s to the middle of the 1940’s when they didn’t play? Don’t kid yourself, if the teams had played during that 40 year period, the series record wouldn’t even be close. Remember, Bama was putting Southern football on the map while Auburn was compiling a losing/breakeven record with Vandy.
Thanks the good Lord for Bamma!! They got good jam!! I like grape the most
Look at the records.
Be careful 87 sporty, I think Alabama has another version of CFB history

Well, at least this version started before 2005
You failed to mention the $aban, Mercedes meets tree, eggnog caper.
Platinum photoshop.
SSoA- look at the facts, bitch. After that 1957 ass beating UAT took from the Barn in the Iron Bowl (still the worst beat down in the series, right?), UAT went and got renowned cheater Bahr, who was giving O-Linemen track scholarships (and those mother fuckers weren’t throwing shot-put) and paying off Alabama law-enforcement to “overlook” Crimson Turd players’ transgressions until the goal post that propped his drunk ass up gave way in 1983-ish.
UAT had 25 years of dominance over that cow college down the road and not even Logan Young’s Visa could stop the shift in momentum the War Chickens have put on your ass since Bahr was resurrected and ascended into heaven after three days in the grave.
I would have put DJ Hall’s throat slash down further on that list. Look at all the pissed off bammers!
The Julio Jones comment is a reach, but then again looking in my own mirror maybe Ryan Perrilloux got suspended for more than just using a fake id.
Saban didn’t own Tuberville with superior talent at LSU, what makes the Bammers think he will own Tuberville with superior talent at UAT?
Does Prince Hall count as 2 hits?? This would put them up to 17?
TUSCALOOSA – University of Alabama linebacker Prince Hall has been suspended from football team “indefinitely,” coach Nick Saban said today.
In addition, freshman defensive tackle Jeremy Elder, who arrested and charged with two counts of first-degree robbery last week, has been dismissed from the team has withdrawn from school, Saban said.
Hall, a junior started five games and made 58 tackles. He committed what Saban called a “violation of team rules and policies relative to his behavior.” Hall has not participated in offseason workouts, he will not participate in spring practice, and his status for the fall will be determine at some point in the future, Saban said.
Saban would not discuss the specific reason for punishment, though he later clarified that Hall was not arrested. Hall was also suspended for the first game of the season for a similar offense.
SSOA, damn right we’ll call Bama out for off-the-field issues.
Tennessee players like to drink and smoke pot…
Bammer players like to rob people at gun point and fight cops.
Little bit of a difference there.
I like the Bammer hoodlums best.
