Nick Saban is going to visit Dothan this month as part of Crimson Caravan [Dothan Eagle]. Dothan, is 22 miles from mi casa. I would love to go to the caravan, incognito of course, and I really would love to have my photo snapped with the coiffed one.

Here is the problem:

Fans may purchase tickets or find additional information on the Crimson Caravan at www.rolltide.com. A ticket cost $100 on that site on Wednesday night.

Cheerleaders, Big Al, and members of the Million Dollar Band will be on hand at each stop.

The Crimson Caravan stops at the Dothan Convention Center, 4106 Ross Clark Circle, at 6 p.m. on Thursday, April 24.

The Dothan Red Elephant Club will host Saban’s trip here on the 24th, along with the Montgomery and Panama City Red Elephant Clubs.

Is Saban worth $100 US Dollars? Somebody please convince me that he is. And if so, maybe I can get a “loan” from the “Bury Logan Young with Bear Fund” or from the “2008 National Recruiting Champion Fund” from one them big bammeroid boosters?
