Lets see what makes UGA the “hottest” team in the country. Since their LOSS to Tennessee or their win over Hawaii, they claim to be a the hottest and best team in the country. Lets review what has happened (without all of their multiple arrests) since the LOSS To Tennessee.
I have seldom seen a team carry on/dance/showboat over a simple play more than last year’s UGA team. I try not to be a hater but the “look at me” attitude is tough to overlook. Not “I’ve done this a hundred times and will do it a hundred more so what’s the big deal?”.

So where is the domination? Does the one win over Auburn makes up for their crappy first half of the season with a blowout loss to Tennessee and a loss at HOME to USC? I don’t think so. UGA is the biggest hoax in football currently. Now they might be a solid team, but has not proved anything to anyone and are not one of the proven quote on quote “hottest” teams in the country like their fans would lead you on to believe. I hope everyone reads this and realizes what a hoax UGA is, there is no domination like Dawg Fans would lead you to believe. They deserve a top 10 ranking, but top 5 ?? I promise that they are not worthy of being the SEC Champion favorite.
Who can forget the stomping on the “T” in the middle of Tennessee’s field or the “V” at Vanderbilt this year. And my second favorite Dawg moment, when the entire team running on the field after scoring the first TD against UF – that will be replayed a million times in FL before next years game. But my favorite is some of their players putting there SEC rings up for sale on ebay several years ago. Mark Richt tries to come off as all Christian but he loves the stuff those kids do. UGA will be the next “Free Shoes University” before it is said and done.

I’m a fan, but lets be honest.. I don’t know where the #1 came from. I was looking at Top 3, and with their schedule, it gives it more of a reason anyways..
But as far as hoax? Ehhh. I won’t file it away with the Global Warming Hoax, but it’s close.
But if we are doing simple “math”..UF beat Kentucky..UGA beats Kentucky.. Auburn beats UF…. UGA beats Auburn, UGA beats UF.. Doesn’t that add up to UGA the winner in the end?

Just read on ESPN.com where Richt had to suspend yet another player for the first two games of the season. I guess trying winning a national championship is a forgone conclusion? Will UGA have enough eligible players to field a team?

Granted none are really big time players, is the fact that he’s atleast calling them out, and punishing them.
Hell, the police couldnt verify the guy thrashing the hospital.. But Richt did and told the police.
Kudos I say.. Granted it’s expected.. Everything they do is in the spotlight now.. Even more so that everyone is ranking them so high.
They may start out # 1 but the SEC is way too tough for Georgia to end up there. Two losses for sure, the Corndogs and Tuberfield plus the possibility of two others, but the Vols are not one of them.
That’s the problem, a couple of shit house teams with pussy schedules like West Virginia and Ohio State, either of which about seven teams in the SEC could beat, will end up in the BCSCG.
It would be nice to see the SEC winner against SoCal, who will slaughter the Fails on September 13, hopefully erasing any chance OSU has of being #1 in December.
