Check out the cover of the Vols Media Guide. That cover makes the Dean of SEC Coaches look humble, focused, fired up and prepared. I know some put him in that pedestal, but damn. What it does is reinforce that he is: The “Dean”, My Battle Captain. Is he supposed to look like some kind of tough guy? If so, Mission Accomplished!!
