I know the gloom and doomers have had a good time for the past several days. WIth a combination of poor fan support, cheating refs and dirty play from UCLA, UT had yet another win stolen from them. Thats okay though. Myself and a group of the guys have recomitted ourself to the cause. UAB is the biggest game in Neyland Stadium in decades. UAB is a school that if they were in the SEC would be winning the West each year. Its sad that we should still be celebrating our SEC Title from 2007 in which we won the eastern division, yet some on here want to try and paint that as negative.
Heres is what I ask of each and every one of you to do. If you do not follow the guidelines you will only have yourself to blame for a loss.
1: starting at 5pm tonight drink 15 diet mountain dews and take 4 “truckers friends” energy supplements
2: Repeat each maxim 147 times, one for each victory that Coach Fulmer has kindly brought to us
3: Do push ups until exhaustion
4: Do deep knee bends until exhaustion
5: Drink equal parts orange kool-aid, mad dog 40/40 and tennessee river water in order to rehydrate ( not too much so you are not at least a little dehydrated. the goal is to dehydrate you just enough so that your urine has an orange tint to it….)
6: Eat 147 baby carrots
7: Get orange paint and stand in a poorly ventilated closet in your house and repaint the closet. if you do not have a home put the orange paint in a plastic bag and breath
8: Arrival at Neyland just in time for the Vol walk. Chant “Fulmer for life” at anyone that does not look like a real fan.
9: at kickoff immediately walk to the river and baptise yourself with you fellow loyal fans by walking straight into the river. once you get back to shore you can revel in the fact that you are the reason 11-1 starts in 12 hours….
