The fan in the picture above (thanks Michelle) knows that after a few offensive hiccups that the Tennessee offense is back (Scoreboard!!) !!!! She seems to be sending a message to the turncoat fans and Orange clad Bammers hiding in plain sight that she, the Battle Captain, and the Vols just don’t have time for bandwagon haters.
Big Orange Roundtable-How ‘Bout That? Edition « Third Saturday in Blogtober
Much has been made of Nick Stephens and his performance Saturday. Give your opinion on the job he did and what you think is in store for his future.
A lot of Tennessee “fans” think it took to long for the Battle Captain to make the change from Crompton. The following comment may hurt. In fact it may leave a welt, but these “fans” lack the requisite football acumen to understand complicated personnel decisions, as an example replacing the SEC’s 13th ranked QB. Jon Crompton, you were good on the Hill, but you’re no match for the Texas Gunslinger.
TBC replaced Crompton with a big Texan that has cannon arm and throws a catchable ball upfield to our receivers. So right on, right on non football intellectual bitches. It’s good to know we have a coach who has a good head on his shoulders when it comes to players. And I also like the way he got the losses out of the way early in the year. What a coach and a sportsman!!
As Eric Berry continues to impress what do you think is the greatest part of his game?
Vol gridder history will look favorably on Fulmer’s decision to put the future of Tenesseee Football on the shoulders of a young man, whose DNA is a part of the Tennessee family. I think that his game is taking the ball away from other teams. He has done it a bunch of times already. He has become our new offense while playing defense. Fat Matt Stafford Better have his fat-head on a swivel Saturday. Eric Berry is going to steal his cookie bag.
Britton Colquitt returns from suspension this week, so saying that, how big of a difference will he have on the special teams part of the game?
Fulmer can safely execute one of the best plays in the Tennessee playbook, “The Punt”. Maybe it will be the wind, or the crowd, or bad luck, or the snap but the powerful young Colquitt will be too much for U (sic) GA. Who can say? One thing is for sure, this Saturday, the mighty Colquitt leg will swing again, Tennessee glory will be money, and hopefully, many coffin corners will be in the future this Saturday. Go Vols and remember no matter what happens in Athens this Saturday, Tennessee owns UGA and ultimately the overall series 20-15….Tongue my balls Dawgs

20-15 DAMN THATS GREAT. THIS WEEKEND WILL BE YOUR BATTLE CAPTAIN’S LAST STAND. GO DAWGS
Where have I heard this “cannon arm” stuff before? Let me think. Oh yeah, the Cromptonites. If I knew your address Jai, I would send you a handle of Jim Beam to dull the pain that is coming. And boy is it coming.
The only orange i would wear for My Michelle would be a condom, but i wouldn’t like it….i hope she likes it thick.
The pain is already being absorbed….the dawgs bring the pain??..come on…its like trying to use Tony Franklin’s offense at auburn, oh yeah they did and now his ass has been fired pronto, TODAY! …wonder if phat would do the same with the Claw?
The pain comes on Oct 24th…oh how well the Tide plays on the road….remember uga? or is just ‘blacked-out’ of your mind?
Georgia and Bama,
We would love to meet you.
