The Beginning of The End of Tennessee as We Know It

Fulmer is gone as we reported before anybody else had the info. Now Mike Hamilton will hire some flavor of the week hotshot with no understanding of Tennessee football traditions or history. All that is unique regarding Tennessee football will soon be a distant memory. Soon going to watch the Vols play will be similar to going to an Atlanta Hawks game or some other cookie cutter event. The Pride of the Southland will be replaced by videos of Pink, Tim McGraw, and any number of generic pop stars. It’s over.

I am sure whichever coach you hire will continue the tradition of losing to Florida. So you have that going for you, which is nice.

2 – Don’t forget about the newly started streak of losing to Bama. That’s the original UT tradition.

Saying something that is speculation is not acctually reporting. As you may know the decision was made afte it was “reported” here. Hear it here first. Coach ________, the successor of Phil Fulmer will not be back at the end of the season.
