He’ll produce 9-10 wins annually at UT and he will be able to compete with Meyer and consistently beat Richt in the east. I think he will be so-so against Saban but he’ll be competitive. UT will be successful with him, no question – but he won’t be supersuccessful.

Leach is a roll of the dice. He is exciting but he’s lost 5+ games in most of his seasons. He could either be a guy who dominates the East OR Tony Franklin the Head Coach (a disaster in actual use).
