The perspective in the Northwest is that Jake Heaps is either going to be a Husky (UW) or a Cougar (BYU). He has visited BYU and Washington numerous times. I have seen him at 4 Husky practices. He grew up a Husky. He also may choose BYU mainly due to his religion. His top five are UW, BYU, UT, LSU, and Cal.
