In honor of ESPN naming Sly Croom as the best coach in Mississippi…ever….here is my Ole Miss Preview:
The combination of Houston Nutt and the program of Ole Miss means they will do VERY poorly as front-runners. Their entire hype is basically based off dismantling Texas Tech in the Cotton Bowl.
How many returning starters do they have coming back from the 81st ranked passing defense nationally? Jon Crompton will eat them alive.
Maybe it’s all a cruel joke so that they look worse when they once again don’t live up to expectations.

You think that Tennessee will beat Ole Miss? I think Ole Miss is good, not just because they kicked a shitty Big12 team’s ass, but also because they beat us (Florida) at the Swamp. Truthfully, I can see them being 12-0 in the regular season, and then we’ll get some payback at the SECCG in Atlanta!
