I attended Saturday’s practice.  Just some thoughts for the Cromps haters:

Anybody who says Crompton was bad today is either a moron who knows nothing about football or just honestly wants to pull against Crompton and will bash him over anything short of perfection.  Do not question my football acumen.

I stayed a little through the 2nd half, and for the most part, he was accurate when plays were there to be made, made good decisions, and kept his poise under pressure.

The backwards pass? I didn’t see it.  Therefore it could not have happened.

Most QBs have 2-3 throws per game that they would like to have back. Crompton did absolutely nothing today during the time I was there that would make you say we can’t win with this guy.

Have some faith. Jon Crompton is a natural born leader. I can’t think of anyone else that i would rather have piloting,  using a sexton not GPS, my orange naval ship. You watch, he will turn this battle group around 360 degrees. Crompton will be the best QB in the SEC this year, and I definitely see UT going to Atlanta, winning the SEC and playing in a BCS game. Anyone who thinks anything less is a moron and does not know or understand the game of football.
