Purportedly this is Jon Crompton’s Dad. Fighting in the stands??. Via email:  The details I am not sure of. JC’s dad was taken by police ouot of the stands and he returned about five minutes later. It was some kind of altercation that started with the elder Crompton arguing with a woman who was booing Jon-boy and the woman’s husband took offense to Mr. Crompton.

I don’t know how a parent of a player taking the abuse that JC is could sit in the stands and listen to the frustration of the fans. The huge majority are sick to death of watching JC get us beat or making easy games close because of his pitiful performance.
