Maybe the good people of Alabama are not as modern and are not as intellectually driven like people in the cities of seattle or new york, but football is their expression. Alabama football provides a sense of pride for people from Alabama. It says to the rest of the nation that we know ya’ll think we are stupid and ignorant, but here’s a taste of our football team. here’s a dose of the crimson and white that full of heart, new cars, toughness, and guts and is always able to hit you in the mouth and will do whatever it takes to win. Then people from Alabama can say maybe were not as intellectual, but we know how to beat ass. No matter what it takes.

Good for you Jai. I imagine UT fans need all the fun they can get. They sure don’t derive any pleasure from College Football in a world ruled by Alabama and Florida – back-to-back BCS National Champions.
Here’s a new Kiffin-Era slogan for UT: “The University of Tennessee currently in their Second Decade of Championship-Free Football.” Did you know that Alabama has NEVER gone more than 10 years without winning an SEC football championship? I thought you would enjoy knowing that. Maybe you’ll find that fun.
Here’s some more fun: UT has a long tradition of going for more than a decade without winning things. In the 1970s and the 1980s (wow – different decades!)UT went a mind-boggling 11 – yes 11 – straight years with losses on the Third Saturday in October. Thankfully, the current schedule (in which the game is only occasionally played on the Third Saturday) means Kiffin is less likely to break that record . . .see? More fun!
