I’d check thift stores and the Goodwill if I were you.
It’s a Chalk Line from the mid-90s so Mike is right, you’ll probably have to find it in a thrift store or Goodwill.
There’s a number of online thrift/antique/retro search services available on-line…
Some are simply “Craig List” type sites where you just post what you’re looking for…
But that’s specialty type item…
You’ll probably need to employ the services of one that actually searches for the item and negotiates a price for you then charges a percentage of the negotiated price (10-25%) as a service fee…
At times if an item is particualry rare or is difficult to procure you may pay a higher percentage or even a service fee up-front…
