Dear Eric MacClain’s Paw-Paw:
Please forgive some of those that write stupid stuff (we don’t do that here). Fact of the matter is that the vast majority of this board and Big Orange Blooded Vol fans would love for Eric to run through the “T” with our orange-clad warriors. I can assure you that there is no greater place to play college football than UT. Imagine 110,000 fans screaming as the band major high-steps his way down the field to open the Power T and as it opens you run out into that atmosphere. Imagine walking down the hill on the Vol walk as thousands line the street to high-5 you and off in the distance along the banks of the Tennessee River the Vol-Navy with big orange flags flying in the wind – well they have all tied together and are awaiting the emergence of their football team. Imagine playing football for the school where General Robert Neyland hung his hat….where the greatest defensive player ever Reggie White resided….where one of the greatest offensive players ever Peyton Manning played. And Eric wants to be a tight end – well how about playing in the footsteps of Jason Witten. There is a reason that we Vol fans are the way we are. We firmly believe we have the best product out there. We firmly believe we have the best tradition out there. We firmly believe, no matter the record, we have the best kids out there. We would love for Eric to be one of them. He seems like a good kid with a lot of talent that has already struck up a good amount of friendships with current players. I don’t think you can question his family either as we really appreciate your service as well. Bottom line Mr. MacLain is that we want your son to be part of the Big Orange Nation. We hope he feels the same about being a part of our family.
My spanktank runneth over,
NYCVOL

Sell It!!
Going to the T is kind of nice, because you can just up and leave if you don’t like it. Ironic that the mascot is a ‘volunteer’.
I love the smell of a teenager’s jock strap in the morning….
Uh oh, my previous post is under review. It might be too much truth for you vols to handle. Probably will be deleted. Tennessee is a great place to visit, but a lousy place for HS football.
Prediction: in one year, the majority of posts on this site will be anti-Ole Miss. Following year, anti- Kentucky.
How far have you fallen?
Disgraceful.
Getting car insurance is a complicated matter. We surely have a lot of questions to ask before we can even get close to signing-up and if we “inquire” online, how are we going to have these questions answered?
