I love this guy. I don’t believe for a minute that he is real. But he is solid funny. His name is Leon and he posts on Tennessee Scout Board. Below is the letter that he sent to UT AD Mike Hamilton.
Dear AD Hamilton,
You dont know me. You have never even heard of me. I am just a hard working fella not some big dollar donar. But I do bleed orange. I train year round in order to be able to be the best fan possible. I make myself vomit before kickoffs because I feel it helps purge the team of bad spirits.
Today I am writing you to say this. I believe our program is heading in the right direction. I believe in Coach Fulmer. He has proven that he is the best coach in the SEC. I know that his simple and unchanging schemes may not be popular in this “what have you done for me lately” type of atmosphere. Dont buy into that. Fulmer has won a lot of games at UT. More than any stupid fan. Futhermore we really won the LSU and Florida games last year….
You cannot seriously hold Fulmer accountable for players mistakes and horrible calls. What we need is stability in our program more than ever. With all the turmoil right now the WORST thing you could do is throw a wrench into Fulmers plan.
Please let Fulmer stay as long as it takes to turn this thing around. Please announce mid-season that Fulmer has a life long contract. This will cease all conversation about firing Fulmer. This will cease all of the horrible vibes and it will cease every bit of negative energy. Mr. Hamilton, do you really want to be responsible for hurting UT in the recruiting battles? If you do not extend Fulmer’s contract now you will indeed cost us several recruits!!!!!
I am sorry this letter was so long. I hope you find it in your heart to make sure Fulmer stays at UT.

yeah if you don't extend fulmer's contract you guys might lose some 1-star recruits he's been working hard on...
When I was a young lad watching Tennessee punish Memphis every year (which hasn't changed), I used to call Tennessee a football factory... How sad is that?

Jeez. Leon seems really devoted to Coach Fulmer. I find his use of five exclamation points after he says, "If you do not extend Fulmer's contract . . ." to be very threatening. He should probably be tasered if he gets anywhere near the A.D.'s office.

He's more entertaining than that Leon from the Budweiser commercials. He got a little stale after a while...
